These Bylaws were adopted as the Bylaws of Pacific Hope Church on the 12th day of
December 2023, by the Board of Elders of said
Corporation in a regularly called meeting on the same date, to wit, the 12th
day of December 2023. Said Bylaws are, as of the date
of the certification, the duly adopted and existing Bylaws of this Corporation.
